Frequently Asked Questions

Will you travel outside of Northeastern Ohio?
Absolutely! Local engagements would include Cleveland, Akron, Canton, and surrounding communities. For travel outside of these areas please ask us for a quote.

Do you perform special requests?
Sure! We have a vast repertoire that we have arranged over the years. Contact us to talk with us about your custom musical selections.

Do you play outdoors?
Yes, we will perform outdoors however there are a couple of precautions that must be taken. Our instruments are fine, vintage quality and valuable!  They can not be exposed to direct sunlight or precipitation. We require either overhead cover, or a well shaded area for performing outdoors. If the temperature drops to harmful levels, then we will not be able to play, so we always advise to take precautions. In most instances there always seems to be a means of accommodation that is possible.

What equipment do you need?
Our needs are very simple. Simply provide a suitable area of approximately 10 x 10 feet with four chairs (good posture and without arms). We can provide our own lighting and are also capable of amplifying our ensemble. We have a state of the art Bose sound system available upon request.

How do I reserve a date?
Contact us through the Contact Us page of this web site
or phone (330) 461-0746 to discuss your plans.
We will require a deposit to put your date on our books.

What kind of music do you play?
We offer a diverse repertoire of musical styles from classical, love songs, jazz, pop, classic and contemporary rock, Broadway or your favorite standards. With our years of experience we are accustomed to adjusting to the tastes of our audience for receptions, dinners and social engagements. If you are in need of wedding music, it is always advisable to confer with the wedding official or clergy if you are being married in a church. Our quartet is a versatile ensemble and some audiences are surprised that a string quartet can play alternative styles in addition to classical!
